DESCRIPTION:<p>Fiesta DC will feature five stages that incorporate music\, 
 folklore\, theater and other performing arts. The festival will also have 
 a Parade of Nations that includes hundreds of dancers from 30 folkloric gr
 oups from Latin America\, Spain and the Caribbean. The event will also inc
 lude a children&#8217\;s festival\, science fair\, community-based organiz
 ation information fair\, a Diplomatic Pavilion for embassies and consulate
 s\, and sections for arts and crafts\, public information\, and internatio
 nal cuisine. </p>\n<p>The festival is being held as part of Hispanic Herit
