 n African Diaspora Youth: Strategies for Capacity Development in Africa.&#
 8221\;</p>\n<p>Join a panel of young leaders and entrepreneurs from Africa
  and North America for a lively and frank discussion on innovative and &#8
 220\;out-of-the-box&#8221\; strategies for facilitating greater diaspora y
 outh participation in African growth and development. Dr. Reuben E. Briget
 y II\, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State\, will deliver the opening
  remarks. The discussion will be moderated by Ngozi Nmezi\, director of th
