Anqoinette Crosby is a seasoned journalist with more than 12 years of experience. Anqoinette most recently worked as the On Air Reporter in the award-winning video department at The Washington Post. Anqoinette helped push an iconic print newsroom into a new form of storytelling. She helped create The Post’s first online news program called Post Now, which she wrote, produced and anchored, becoming the highest revenue driving video in the first month of production.
Anqoinette also hosted the first ever live TwitterCast where twitter followers, including some of the Post’s 1 million twitter followers, were able to tweet in questions and receive answers over the air in real-time from Post political expert Chris Cillizza.
Anqoinette has worked for CBS, ABC, and PBS producing and hosting TV and online programming. She is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and the Online News Association. In April 2011, she was featured in Women in Business & Industry Magazineabout pioneering TV news on the Internet.
