Folger Theatre’s final production of the 2017/18 season—George Bernard Shaw’s epic play Saint Joan, presented by the acclaimed New York-based Bedlam theater company. The production is directed by Eric Tucker (Sense and Sensibility at the Folger, and Bedlam’s Pygmalion,Hamlet) and features a cast of only 4 actors (including Tucker) playing over 25 roles. Aundria Brown plays the martyred heroine of France, Joan of Arc.   Saint Joan is a special engagement production which begins performances at the Folger on May 12, and has just been extended to run through June 10, 2018.…
