NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTION BEGINS ON OR ABOUT MARCH 25, 2026, AND ENDS ON OR ABOUT APRIL 30, 2026 (THE “PROMOTION PERIOD”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ONLY RESIDENTS OF MARYLAND, VIRGINIA, AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (THE “TERRITORY”), 21 AND OLDER ON THE DATE OF ENTRY, AND WHO MEET THE ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BELOW, ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE. 96.3 WHUR HOWARD UNIVERSITY TELEVISION IS THE SPONSOR OF THE PROMOTION.
To enter, listeners of 96.3 WHUR and/or viewers of WHUT-TV (“Promoter/Sponsor”), from within the territory, must log on to the WHUR-FM website (WHUR.COM) or WHUT-TV website (WHUT.org) to enter. The maximum number of web entries per person is one (1) per day. There will be a total of one Grand Prize Winner (GPW). Listeners of radio station WHUR-FM, the territory, are invited to enter a sweepstakes to qualify for WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT vacation by registering online for one vacation package that consist of (3) Nights WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT Vacation for four (4) persons. Certain travel restrictions may apply. See Description of the prizes.
Eligibility: (a) The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are (i) residents of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, (ii) 21 years of age or older on the date of entry, as shown on a valid driver’s license or other means of identification with photo issued by a government agency, public or private school indicating the individual’s residential address, and (iii) have Internet access. The maximum number of web entries per person is one (1) per day. The maximum number of GPW is one (1).
(b) Qualifier’s and their (3) three travel companions must hold valid U.S. IDs to travel. Entries must contain the entrant’s name, and date of birth, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Entries without this information will be considered invalid. Promoter will be the sole judge of which entries are valid entries, and Promoter’s decision and selection will be final. Incomplete entries and entries with information reasonably determined by Promoter (in its sole discretion) to contain false information, will not be valid. Each entrant is responsible for providing accurate information as to his/her residential mailing address and how he/she may be contacted via e-mail.
(c) Employees of the WHUR963, WHUT-TV, Howard University, Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and service agencies, and participating companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
(d) Only one entry per person/email address/household is permitted per day. If multiple entries are received per day from the same person/ email address/household, only the first entry will be considered.
Odds of Winning: All Qualifiers will be determined by random drawing from among daily valid entries received from eligible participants. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of valid entries received from eligible participants.
Prize Winner Selection: Between MARCH 25, 2026, and 11:59pm/EST April 30, 2026, Promoter will determine which entries are valid entries and will randomly select five (5) Qualifiers from the pool of valid qualifying entries. One (1) Potential GPW will be randomly selected from the pool of five (5) qualifiers. The potential GPW will be notified or about the week of May 1, 2026. The potential GPW may be notified by telephone and/or by email to award the prize. If any potential GPW selected cannot be contacted at the time of the announcement or does not respond within the program time of attempted notification, or if any Prize is returned as, such potential winner shall forfeit all rights to a Prize, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential GPW may be selected.

(a) misdirected or corrupted submissions that prevent entry in the Sweepstakes, or the identification or contacting of a winner;

(c) entries that are lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere, and all such entries will not be eligible.
(d) any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or from an entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any Prize.
(e) any damage to an entrant's computer system that is occasioned by accessing the websites identified in these Official Rules or by participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions; or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature; or
(d) any hotel or air accommodation (or hotel or air-related amenity) that is cancelled, postponed, delayed, diverted, or terminated due to fire; flood; epidemic; earthquake; explosion; labor dispute or strike; bad weather, act of God or public enemy; equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; war (declared or undeclared); terrorist threat or activity; or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation; order of any court or jurisdiction; or other cause not reasonably within such Sponsor Entity's control, and in the event of any such occurrence, the Prize winners will not be entitled to any substitute prize(s) or monetary entitlement.
Sponsor Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize, including, without limitation, as to such Prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
Miscellaneous:
(a) Sponsor and Promoter, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor and Promoter further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify this Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor or Promoter which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Promoter reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes.
(b) Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and any expenses related to acceptance and taking delivery of the Prize and to the use of the Prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner and are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void except in the Territory, and void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Prizes shall be awarded only to the individuals identified as Prize winners and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other merchandise, except that Sponsor, in its discretion, may substitute or exchange a prize of equal or greater value for a Prize. All entries become the property of Promoter and will not be acknowledged or returned.
(c) Winners are required to sign a liability/publicity release within 14 days after notification or the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize shall constitute and signify the Prize winner's consent that Sponsor and Promoter may use the Prize winner's name, likeness, image, voice, photographs and written statements about the Sweepstakes, the Prize and about Promoter for promotional purposes in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without payment or consideration. Travel companions may also be required to sign a liability/publicity release.
(d) “GPW” and their travel companions are required to have a valid ID in preparation for travel. (e) By participating, entrants agree: (i) to the terms of the Official Sweepstakes Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor and Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all respects; (ii) to release, discharge and hold harmless all Sponsor Entities from all liability, claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with, their participation in this Sweepstakes and the entrants’ acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize; and (iii) that by accepting and using the Prize, their name and/or likeness may be used for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation or liability.
(f) Any and all disputes relating to this Sweepstakes and/or any Prize shall be governed by the internal laws of the District of Columbia (without resort to its rules regarding conflicts of law). Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for resolution of all such disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia.
(g) The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event, that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Description of the Prizes: Subject to these Official Rules.
VACATION PACKAGE COMPONENTS:
Disney shall be responsible, at its cost and expense (unless stated otherwise herein), for the following:
WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT
Providing one (1) vacation package(s) for four (4) persons for three (3) nights at the WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT to be awarded to the winner of the sweepstakes/contest conducted by Promoter in connection with the Promotion, each of which vacation package(s) shall consist of the following:
· Not more than four (4) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to traveler's residence and the Orlando International Airport. Direct flights are not guaranteed. Departure dates to and from the airport are subject to availability.
· Round trip ground transfers for up to four (4) persons between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney operating in its sole discretion and subject to availability.
· Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room(s) (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for three (3) night(s) at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney in its sole discretion; based on availability.
· Not more than four (4) standard 4-Day Walt Disney World® Theme Tickets with Park Hopper® Option. Each ticket with an expiration date of May 31, 2027 (each, a “Ticket”) Tickets are nontransferable/Reservation requirements are subject to change.
NOTE:
Items that are not included as part of the winning vacation package(s) are: meals, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, etc., local and long-distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes. All other charges and items not otherwise described above.
The approximate retail value of the Vacation package is Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen and 76/100 US $7,617.76 (“ARV”) The ARV of the Vacation Package may vary depending on the point of departure and fluctuation of rates and airfares. If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than the stated ARV, the difference in the amount will not be awarded. The Group must travel and redeem the Vacation Package no later than May 31, 2027.
Winning vacation rules include, but are not limited to:
• Vacation must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended Vacation travel dates and must occur from 5/31/2026 to 5/31/2027. If Vacation is not completed by 5/31/2027, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Disney reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the Vacation period, or any other component of the Vacation, for any reason and in its sole discretion. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply.
• Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable.
• Vacation Package is for the Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests of the Prize Winner's choosing. Once selected by the Prize Winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. If the Prize Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Vacation Package or compensation provided to the Prize Winner.
• If Vacation Package includes airfare, the Prize Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers). Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.
• Actual value of the prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The Prize Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.
• No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable). Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is delayed, postponed or
cancelled for any reason and Prize Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.
• Tickets are nontransferable and are valid only during specific event dates and hours. Group members must guard Tickets against loss, theft or damage.
• Certain theme parks, resorts, restaurants, and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Theme Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.
• To visit the theme parks, valid admission is required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the Group ages 3 and up.
• The Prize Winner is required to have and present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check-in. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the prize).
• In the event the Prize Winner and/or his/her/their guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation. The Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.
• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.
• Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at six hundred and 00/100 dollars ($600.00) or more.
• Promoter shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Promoter deems
necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
• The Prize Winner and guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The Prize Winner and guests may be required to execute and return, where legal, publicity releases, which must be returned with the verification documents requested of Prize Winner.
• If any portion or the prize is not available for any reason, then Disney reserves the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value.
• If any member of the group is under the age of majority in his or her state of residence, the Prize Winner or another member of the group must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. The Prize Winner may not charge any group member for participating in the Vacation. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney.
GPW will receive an IRS 1099 form for prizes valued over $600.00
